SPECIFIC ACCOUNTIBILITIES :
1. Compensation Processing
Processing of compensation related activities.
Daily monitoring and checking of commission transactions.
Reconciliation with Finance and Actuarial.
Coordination with banks for commission payouts.
Adjustments for exceptions and special campaigns.
Handle all inquiries on distribution compensation.
Produce reports and statements on agent's commission and bonuses.
2. IT projects
Define and coordinate Business requirements for new products and compensations changes.
Coduct User testing of new products and compensation changes.
3. Production and Contest reporting
Produce and validate production and contest reports.
REQUIREMENTS :
Good analytical skill
Good communication skill in verbal and written
English proficiency
Good computer skill, MS office – especially in spreadsheet
Hard worker and self motivated
Organized
Willing to work on extended hours when needed
Accuracy and quality of work is very important
2 years experience in handling payroll if preferably
