Mulia Industry is a group of manufacture company which consist of two operating subsidiaries, namely Mulia Glass and MuliaKeramik IndahRaya. Mulia Industry was established in 1986. Has been listed at the Jakarta Stock Exchange and started to go public in 1994 as PT. Mulia Industrindo, Tbk. Up to now, all production process take place in Cikarang with +/- 6.000 employees.

To strengthen our company development, now we are looking professional candidates to fill in the position as:

HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT HEAD

Job Description:

Manages the system, policy and procedures for employee and industrial relation throughout the company.
Researching industrial relations problems to find most adequate solutions and negotiates and advices Executive Team member involved.
Contributing to the evaluation and development of HR Strategy and performance in co-operation with the executive team.
Liaising with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are full informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements.
Manages and maintains HR daily activities and submit report to Superior.
Planning all necessary actions in order to solve problems that may arise in the field of HR arrive at working solution.

Qualification

Male (preferred), 32-40 years old.
Bachelor Degree from Reputable University or overseas.
Min 10 years experiences in HR area (preferred with wide experience in Industrial Relation), with 4 years experience in Managerial level.
Fluent in English, orally and written.
Dynamic, strong analytical skill, and leadership.
Familiar with updated HR concepts with solid knowledge and background in HR area.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the credibility to interact with senior levels or management from both internal and external perspective.
Location of work: Cikarang
