Administration Staff

Responsible for handling administration, including filing, data input, tracking project data, etc

The candidate should possess:

· Female

· Experience in administration area with multi national financial institution or retail industry, but fresh graduate are welcome to apply

· Hold bachelor degree from reputable university

· Service oriented personality

· S1 any major, minimum GPA 2.75 (scale of 4.0).

· Understand English & Computer literate

· Good interpersonal skill. Able to work under pressure.

· good looking.

Helpdesk

[Scope of work]

· Provide 1st line technical support to all saff, through: direct clarification, phone extension, Helpdesk application , e-mail etc

· Acted as bridge / front liner to communicate between users & ITfficers / Managers

· Log all reported ICT problems & issues from users.

· Prepare weekly helpdesk report and consolidate validated reports at month end
Deliver monthly report to MIS Manager

· Monitor progress & keep Track of all open issues and update appropriate personal accordingly

[Qualification]

· Male/Female

· Diploma degree on Information Technologi (SI,MI, TI, or TK) or equivalent with min GPA 2.75.

· 1-2 year experience but fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

· Energetic, creative, self-motivated and result-oriented.

Junior Technical Project Manager

[Scope of work]

Understand about computer hardware and software Send report of simulation, switch over and switch back activity to Team Leader
Checking and Taking care for application that process in DR site are running well
Make hardware and software inventories for DR Site to compare with
Production site
Testing for backup, restore and batch process with application
support and technical support for applications that will be running in DR Site
Doing coordinate with other department to prepare switch over activity

[Qualification]

1-2 year experience years as technical team leader/technical project manager.

Application Support Staff

[Qualification]

Have moderate knowledge for Unix operating systems ( Linux, AIX,Solaris, HP-UX, etc)
Have moderate knowledge for Microsoft Windows operating systems (NT, 2000, XP)
Have moderate knowledge for Microsoft technology & programming language ( VB, NET, ASP, etc)
Have moderate knowledge for Java technology & programming language
Have moderate knowledge for other programming language ( C, C++, Delphi, etc)
Have moderate knowledge in IT network infrastructure ( TCP/IP, firewall, etc)
Have moderate knowledge in SQL command & database
Having knowledge in tender process, due diligence process and good

[Information]

· Helpdesk personil will be placed in the BSD(Serpong, Tanggerang)

· All positions are based on contract
