Our Client is offering a challenging position as Human Resources Manager in food & beverages industry based in Pekanbaru. Having positioned themselves as one of the biggest local players in bakery & cafe business, the company is now preparing to participate in a more competitive environment.
Preferred candidate profile would be someone who possesses knowledge and experience in general human resources areas: Organization Development, Industrial Organization, Compensation & Benefits, and Training. He/She must also able to design and build a strong HR system for the sustainability of the organization. As the incumbent will oversee more/less 500 employees, excellent leadership and communications skills are required. The position will be stationed in Pekanbaru. Appropriate remuneration package is provided
