[Vacancy] Head of Online Broking (E-Trading) @ Bhakti Securities

PT Bhakti Investama Tbk, one of the largest investment companies throughout Indonesia, owning business activities which cover a wide array and various business sectors, among others the sectors of Financial Services, Multimedia and Broadcasting and Information Technology and Investment Portfolios.
One of its subsidiaries which is engaging in securities business, covering financial advisory, brokerage, underwriting and business research & development services, PT. Bhakti Securities, is currently seeking for visionary, high integrity, and persistent people to fill the following positions as :

Head Of Online Broking (E-Trading)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement all marketing and promotional efforts in order to establish strong brand equity (e - trading) and achieve financial goals;

Develop related marketing & communication tools to create products awareness

Develop strategic and execution to increase sales volume.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years experience in Sales or Marketing of investments products in which preferably 5 years served as Sales & Marketing Manager in Securities Company

Have experience in building and maintaining brand image, product launching and marketing campaign

Holds minimum bachelor/master degree in any major, preferably majoring in Marketing

Has excellent knowledge in local, regional, and international investment market.

Fluent in English, both oral and written, especially in presentation situation

Computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) and Internet

Strong analytical and strategic thinking

Have good leadership, team building, customer orientation, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

High integrity and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Has Broker-Dealer Representatives License (WPPE) from Bapepam.
