[vacancy] Job Ad: EST Staff at PR Company

The firm specializes in six business practice areas: Financial & Investor Relations; Healthcare; Corporate; Public Affairs/Government Relations; Technology; and Brand PR. IndoPacific Edelman has on its client roster leading multinational and national companies across the above sectors.

IndoPacific Edelman has a current requirement for Express Summary Team Staff (Part Time).

Hours:

6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and additionally as required.

Responsibilities:

· Conducting quality control of all daily summaries, translations, and related work

· Attending all team briefings and aiding in the management of issues relating to EST's work

· Assessing staff as requested

· Maintaining good relationships with staff and clients

· Addressing complaints and queries from staff and clients properly

Requirements:

· Advance English writing, translating and editing skills

· Having experience as Indonesian-English translator

· Able to work fast with high accuracy

· A team player with good interpersonal skills

· High degree of flexibility in handling a range of tasks for a variety of purpose and schedules

· Able to prioritize task and manage time efficiently to meet tight deadlines

· Familiar with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
