QA COOrdinator
Jobfunction:
� Plan, coordinate, and follow-up QS activities in accordance with Project Quality Plan
� Develop and maintain project�s Quality Assurance systems and programs, including Site Surveillance Plan
� Audit and assess contractors� management systems and quality plans
� Lead management system and technical assessments of contractors� work in progress to establish confidence in work
processes and quality of products
� Maintain site quality documentation and input to final project documentation
RESPONSIBILITY ANDDUTIES:
� Promote safety awareness and safe performance among project team members, including consultants and contractor
personnel
� Prepare and maintain management level summary of quality metrics and other information as requested by the project or
functional management
� Provide expertise to assist the project team in resolving quality assurance/control- related issues
� Monitor and evaluate contractor and project team management processes; identify any areas of systematic weakness
and recommend corrective actions
� Monitor and appraise quality control activities at vendor and fabrication sites
� Coordinate, report, and follow-up all project assessments, including Internal and External Assessments, Regulatory Audits, and Independent Project Reviews.
� Participate in kick-off meetings and advise contractors on Quality Assurance and Management Systems
� Prepare and maintain designated Management Systems
� Advise and assist in the development and implementation of project/site document control system
� Manage contracts for third-party inspection services for site; arrange for independent third-party inspection of procured items, when required
� Supervise activities of QS inspectors (on-site and off-site inspectors)
