The Asia Foundation seeks qualified candidates for Receptionist position. Receptionist is responsible for answering telephones and taking accurate phone messages, greeting office visitors, handling incoming mail/package, car booking and maintaining necessary logs, and providing secretarial and administrative support to the Finance, Grants, and Administration unit.
Candidates should ideally possess the following:
Minimum three year work experience in a multinational company
Degree or equivalent certificate in secretarial studies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Excellent interpersonal skills
Professional organizational abilities
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
