[vacancy] Urgently Required : Indonesia SYSTEM SALES MANAGER

 

Department Description

 

The Government & Public Safety Direct Sales is responsible for the sales and distribution of all Motorola 2-way radio communication systems (both analog APCO and digital Tetra), radio telemetry and Wireless Broadband products/systems  to all major accounts in commercial, government and industrial sectors, with emphasis on system solution selling.

 

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations 

 

1. Report to Senior Sales Manager and execute system sales into key accounts in Government Sector (Police, Military, Fire, Airport & Seaport, Railway Authority, Metro subway, All Ministries, & Electric Utilities, Oil & Gas) etc as assigned in Vietnam market.
2. Responsibility is to meet/exceed Order and Sales quota, operate within budget and meet customer satisfaction goals.
3. Develop and motivate distribution channel to grow the business and market share effectively.
4. Develop, drive and execute major account strategies to optimize business results.
5. Good interpersonal & communication skill. Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external stake holders,  penetrate customer organization, build strong relationship, participate in important negotiation with key customers and resolve difficult issues.

6. Ability to network and build relationships at high executive and government levels and proactively create near-term and medium-term large scale projects.

 

Specific Knowledge/Skills 

 

1. University/college graduate in EE, Telecom, Communication, IE, Business Management or related, knowledge and experience in 2-way radio communication system sales is preferred. Business management experience is added advantage.
2. More than 10 years sales experience is preferable in Radio Telecommunication to Government & Industrial Sectors.
3. Candidate with existing relationship with high & mid level officials of Public Safety , Military,  Utilities, Metro, transportation accounts, Ports & Utility organizations will be preferred.
4. Strong Dealer/Agent management skill and able to accomplish business result independently.
5. Capable of developing and executing strategies to effectively motivate distribution channels and penetrate significant accounts.
6. Ability to work as a team. Collaborate and lead a cross-functional team during major account sales..
7. Effective oral & written Indonesian & English language & communication skill.

8. Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, resourceful, and have the ability to work efficiently and independently.
