Formulate in-country marketing strategies, develop and implement integrated Marketing, as well as effectively monitor programs' results and return, comprising :
- Channel marketing programs targeting channel distribution & 2nd tier channels,
- Demand generation and awareness campaigns including direct marketing, lead generation, sales promotions, vertical market seminars, trade shows, targeted account marketing, etc,
- Other Integrated Marketing including PR, Interactive, Marcom, and Channel Communications.
Desired Qualities:
Good project and time management skills
Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa & English
Mature, Independent, Self-motivated, Pro-active and Responsive
Ability to write well is an added advantage
Manage vendors and their deliverables in a manner that is beneficial to Motorola
Manage the operational aspects of marketing - time lines, budget, return on investment
Have an eye for detail
Qualifications:
A Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications. Minimum 4-5 years of channel marketing experience. Willing to travel.
