Responsibilities & Principal Accountabilities:
o Manage the overall performance and ensure the availability of the technical and machineries to support the manufacturing operations.
o Ensure that all textile machineries are running well, safely operated and all productive / preventive maintenance are conducted on schedule and within allocated budget.
o The position reports to Weaving Manager and is based in our plant,
Qualification & Requirements:
§ Indonesian, Male, 28 - 33 years. University Degree, at least S-1 Degree in Industrial Engineering from reputable university.
§ Minimum 5- 7 years experience in textile industry with MNC/ Joint Venture or reputable local textile manufacturing companies.
§ Strong technical knowledge and expertise and hands-on experience to handle textile, weaving technology and machineries.
§ Deep knowledge and understanding of electronics; pneumatics; PLC; continuous improvement; lean manufacturing.
§ Hands-on individual, energetic, strong drive, self-starter with excellent team player skills.
§ Excellent spoken and written English skills is essential.
§ Experienced and able to operate MS –Office and applications.
