Job Description
ONLINE ANALYZER TECHNICIAN
1.0 Purpose
Provides maintenance support for the operation and maintenance of stream process analysers, testing and star-up. Participates in the installation, inspection, fault finding and repair of stream process analysers to minimize production the downtime.
2.0 ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
2.1 Monitor physical inspection of process analysers in all plant units. Ensures all analysers are checked.
2.2 Equipment diagnosis and repair all type of analysers.
2.3 In depth knowledge in breakdown / overhaul and preventive maintenance
2.4 In depth knowledge in trouble shooting of analysers
2.5 Basic report writing skill
2.6 Fair language spoken and written skills
2.7 Analytical skill on reoccurrence analyser problems
2.8 Inter department relationship skill
2.9 Must have Knowledge for the following on line analysers Yokogawa, Siemens GC, Oxygen, infrared, NOX, TOC, IR & UV, Specific Gravity, Silica, Chlorine, PH and Conductivity Analysers.
Qualification :
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree / diploma / 2- years Vocational Training in electronics or instrumentation
Experience :
1. Minimum 7 years of experience in electronic or instrumentation fault diagnosis, breakdown repair, preventative maintenance and overhaul work, including at least 4-5 year's analyser experience in Petrochemical or oil industry as per item 2.9
Skills :
1. Proficient communication skills, very good knowledge of English.
2. Proficient analytical skills.
3. Good knowledge of process analysers and its corrective actions and maintenance.
4. Computer literacy.
Terms & Conditions:
a. Salary : SR 3500 - 5500
b. Contract : 2 yrs
c. Working hours / Day: 8 hours / 6 days.
d. Over Time : As per local law
e. Food : Provided Free
f. Accommodation : Provided Free
g. Medication : Provided
h. Leave : 30 days after 12 months (Paid)
i. Air ticket : Provided (Return)
