COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE MANAGER / MANAGER

Responsibilities:

The Community Development Associate Manager / Manager is accountable for assisting the CSR Head to create and develop company's policy in developing community based on corporate social responsibility, and also implement & execute the programs.

He/She should ensure all community development plans and programs are implemented properly and on time and provide support to external clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in social science preferably from social politic, psychology, law, communication or community development

Minimum 5 years experience in community development matters, exposure in food related Non-Government-Organization will be an advantage.

Good knowledge of community development policies, system and government regulation, and has creativity in creating program.

High proficiency of computer (MS Office) and related equipment.

Proficient in English (written and spoken)

Good analytical thinking, planning, monitoring and problem solving skills
