HR Supervisor
Qualifications:
· Male, max 30 years old
· Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law
· 3 years experience as in the HR field.
· Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures, systems.
· Strong understanding of Indonesian rules, regulations, laws in the HR area and employee relations skills.
· Strong supervisor, coaching skills and interpersonal skills
· Strong analytical skills and time management skills
· Good project management skills.
· Having basic knowledge about implementation of ISO 9001:2000
· Good skills and knowledge in relevant computer software and Internet
· Understand about Quality Management System
