1. Facilities / Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to maintain all infrastructure and compliance documentation including building drawings and single-lines
- Provides Plant Engineering & Maintenance support for building systems
- Ensure continuous improvement in facility and maintenance department
- Evaluate system operation/design to reduce cost and improve system reliability
- Conduct regular site checks of Building and M&E facilities to ensure that maintenance work are carried out as planned
- Provides assistance to construction on engineering related matters (e.g. design and specification clarifications and changes, as-built drawings, field engineering, start up and scheduling)
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and supervision of the preventive maintenance and work control programs
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical / other Engineering
- At least 3 years experience in facilities maintenance in manufacturing plant
- Familiar with electrical layout, construction drawing and single line drawing
- Knowledge of boilers, furnaces, hydronic heating systems, analog control systems, plumbing and electrical systems, energy conservation and fire protection is preferred
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Good command in spoken and written English
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Willing to be stationed in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
