We are DAMARESI Recruitments, a management executive search and recruitment specialist firm located in South Jakarta. We currently have open opportunities to join the role of Recruitment Consultant. You will face challenges which will require you to use your personality and intuitive skills to fulfill the needs of your clients.

 

The Role is broadly to:

·    identify and develop client business/relationships  

·    respond to the needs of each particular clients/assignments

·    help attract candidates and maintain the candidates database

·    source suitable candidates and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client

 Enthusiastic, energetic, committed, passionate, self-motivated, competitive, goal oriented, driven, team oriented, entrepreneur-minded, adaptable, able to think 'out of the box' are some of the qualities required for the positions. Previous recruitment experience is NOT a pre-requisite.
