1. Environmental Scientist
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Primary responsibilities include reviewing, validating, and reporting ambient air quality and meteorological monitoring data, reviewing environmental impact assessments for projects, reviewing air dispersion modeling studies, calculating air emissions, determining required control technologies, understanding and interpreting existing regulations; and reviewing new and proposed regulations.
This Air Quality position will also assist in the establishment of new ambient air quality monitoring stations, operation & maintenance of these stations, management of the air quality database, providing air quality consulting services to operating facilities, and assisting with source testing contractual work. The candidate will work independently as well as in team environments to support air quality assignments such as air emissions inventories, dispersion modeling, permit applications, and compliance auditing. Specifically, the individual will be responsible for the preparation of emission inventories, protocol development, cumulative impact assessments, and additional impact analyses. The candidate will work with project staff, consultants, contractors, and other air quality engineers to enhance and further develop the air quality monitoring and air pollution control programs of the Company. The candidate must possess a working knowledge of principles and practices of environmental science as it relates to air quality and meteorology, fluid dynamics, and air dispersion modeling. The ability to integrate air plume contouring data into a Geographical Information Systems (&IS) format is also desirable.
A working knowledge of an Environmental Management System (EMS) is highly desirable as well as an general understanding of global environmental policies with respect to air quality, ozone depletion, greenhouse gases and global warming. The candidate will serve as a representative coordinating air studies and will act as a consultant and advisor to the Company on issues related to air quality issues, air dispersion modeling, and air pollution control technologies. Additionally, the candidate will provide training and/or mentoring to ODE scientists. The candidate will also keep abreast of significant developments in the field of air quality and air pollution control; conduct seminars and meetings to resolve technical problems with other departments and organizations; and conduct training courses for Company staff on air quality and air pollution control technical issues. The candidate will also participate in Environmental Performance Assessments (EPA), as the Team Leader, to identify and reduce the impact of Company facilities on the environment.
Required Skills/Experience:
· B.Sc./B.Eng. in Chemical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering
· Has minimum of 12 years experience in the air quality field.
· The candidate must possess good analytical skills and have a good working knowledge of emission inventories, regulatory compliance, air pollution prevention and control technologies, and facility compliance assessments.
· The candidate should have a working knowledge of US EPA air quality regulations, and a demonstrated technical understanding of process and pollution control equipment.
· Other requirements include an understanding of air pollution meteorology and global environmental issues.
· The candidate must have excellent mathematical, statistical, and computer skills; and the ability to work with Windows-based graphical display and analysis software.
2. Civil Design/ Planning Engineering
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Civil Design/Planning Engineer will be responsible for the overall planning, development and monitoring of a medium sized project, or a section of a major project.
The Civil Design/Planning Engineer will also be responsible for continual review and development of procedures and common support processes resulting in improved business effectiveness.
Ensure the requisite quality of date is maintained.
Develop and ensure compliance with the work breakdown structure coding. Oversee the planning element of the change control procedure.
Production of 'what if' scenarios and plans to suit both client and contractor requirements.
Production of risk analysis data if required by the project.
Mentoring and development of planning personnel, to raise their competence, awareness, knowledge and techniques required in the execution of planning functions.
To Promote HS&E responsibility within the team.
Required Skills/Experience:
· Technical Degree/HNC
· Equivalent Essential Experience minimum 8 years
3. Mechanical Engineer
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Provide Mechanical Engineering support to engineering studies Contribute to preparation of engineering design packages for brown field modifications Prepare technical specifications and data sheets for Mechanical equipment upgrades/purchases Evaluate tenders for Mechanical Equipment, Manage Mechanical Equipment purchase orders including technical liaison with suppliers and interface with other disciplines. Attend witness testing as required by purchase order contract requirements. Provide specialist technical support to production and maintenance operations.
Required Skills/Experience:
· Mechanical Engineering degree or similar technical background, preferably with chartered engineering status;
· Minimum Experience: 8 years.
4. Material Engineer
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Your responsibilities in this role will be primarily associated with providing specialist technical expertise in the following areas:
Metallurgy and material selection both as part of independent design verification and as part of a project execution team to support procurement activities.
Engineering critical assessments. Welding.
Heat treatments.
Inspection and test requirements. Defect investigation and assessments.
Development and dissemination of materials-related best practice within ODE'S materials team.
Failure investigation.
Corrosion.
Cathodic protection.
Coating selection.
Required Skills/Experience:
· Minimum qualification B.Sc/B.Eng

5. (HSE) Safety Engineer
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Safety Engineer is responsible to the HSEQ
Manager for:
Providing safety and environmental support to Asset Groups as required. Identifying safety problems and initiating, recommending and providing solutions. Maintaining Operational Safety Cases and associated documentation. Maintaining regulatory reporting systems.
Maintaining department internal reporting systems - KPIs.
Contributing to a corporate working environment within the department. Maintaining knowledge of relevant statutory legislation (safety & environmental)
Assisting with the preparation and implementation of corporate procedures. Performing internal and external safety and environmental audits.
Taking part and when necessary chairing and leading HAZOPs/HAZIDs. Providing advice to operations sites on ionising radiation controls.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
It is imperative that you possess a sound understanding of the issues driving the development of "life of field" solutions for clients, including consideration of all design elements, from the reservoir, to the hydrocarbon delivery point.
Furthermore, you must possess the ability to develop appropriate processing schemes for new prospect developments, and have demonstrable "hands-on" experience in the implementation of optimization and de-bottlenecking of existing facilities.

7. Water Engineer
POSITION DESCRIPTION
As a Water Engineer, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with project teams technically managing the delivery of a range of water / wastewater projects.
The role will also include assisting in the preparation of technical proposals and fee estimates, programmer / project management, fee management, expenditure control and the management of design, feasibility studies and approval of reports.
Main duties will include but not be limited to:
Delivery of projects to time, quality and budget in accordance with relevant standards and codes required.
Responding to client directions in a responsive and customer focused manner. Responsible for preparation of briefs, scope of works etc.
Completion of technical tasks as appropriate to complete works.
Liaison with clients and other outside organizations.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Perform functions to weld product line assemblies in accordance with established weld procedure specifications* Under close supervision, follows standard procedures and written instructions* Read and understand weld symbols* Set up, operate, and maintain welding machinery* Join and/or overlay material using both manual and/or automated welding processes* Select proper electrodes and holders; regulate current and time* Space number of welds in accordance with varying conditions and materials to achieve proper fusion, strength and finish* Maintain adjustments as required* Interpret drawings, specifications, weld procedures and shop orders* Perform set-up, layout, and weld for simple welded assemblies* Understand and adhere to quality requirements* Assist as required in gouging, oxy fuel flames cutting, grinding, material handling and cleanup* Coordinate with Lead man/Supervisor to maintain inventory of consumables* Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations* Promote and maintain a neat and safe work environment* Perform other related duties as assigned or indicated by responsibilities.

9. Driller; Offshore Drilling/Onshore
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Primary responsibilities will be to assist in the planning and then execute directional Casing Drilling wells in the Middle East and
The candidate will be from a Drilling background, preferably with some experience of directional drilling and implementing new technologies. They will be expected to work alongside the driller and company representatives during Casing Drilling operations. Full training will be given in Casing Drilling operations.
