PERSONNEL ASSISTANT MANAGER (PERSON-M)

Responsible :

Assisting HR Manager for handling our personnel administration, compensation and benefit, company regulation, standard operational procedure and industrial relationship with Department of Labor Force and Indonesian United Labor.

Requirements :

•Not more than 35 years.
•Bachelor degree in Law/Psychology/Accounting/Human Resources/Management.
•Minimum 2 years experience in supervisor level.
•Strong knowledge of labor law and compensation & Benefit.
•Computer literate.
•Good leadership and interpersonal relationship.
•Fluent in English both oral and written is a plus.
