This major owner is looking for a Benefits Lead for its growing operations. The Benefits Lead will be responsible for building policies and procedures for adherance to the Atlantic Accord and its commitment to Diversity and the reinvestment into Newfoundland.
This role will involve both internal and external stakeholder high level meetings including the C-NLOPB.
5 years of relevant experience in a similar role is essential in order to be considered for this very exciting role.
