Our client, a major oil and gas operator, is looking for a degree qualified Drilling Engineering Supervisor to supervise a team of Drilling & Completion Engineers and will be responsible for the technical support for well operations and performance monitoring.
You will have over ten (10) years experience within drilling, completions and workovers, which includes various drill rig types in a number of different geographical locations and have worked on a site for at least five (5) years.
Your responsibilities will include:
� Management of all engineering design & procurement
� Develop procedures for Well Optimization
� Manage cost estimations / cost control activities.
� Monitor drilling performance indicators
� Manager engineering recruitment and training
