URGENTLY NEEDED
opening position at PR dept of YCAB
Responsibilities shall include working with the team on the following :
# Fundraising :
@ Sponsorship : Initiating contact with prospective clients, ;
creating concepts and customized programs for prospective clients (be
it as a marketing/promotion or CSR program), putting together a proposal and making a presentation
@ Plan and develop new program or campaign (creative ideas, content, and partners/ sponsors deal).
@ Organize fund raising event, including event concept, proposals for sponsors, event promotion and publications, event production, post event report and monitoring media coverage)
# Media and Public Relations :
@ Conducting press conference and writing press release
@ Monitor media coverage (clipping)
@ Building network with media
@ Writing and distributing newsletter
@ Establish and maintain relations with organization's stakeholders
@ Handling requests and complaints from outside
@ Handling online media (website and face book)
# Merchandise :
@ Produce and prepare marketing plan for collection of merchandise (selecting merchandise design and products, controlling production, preparing marketing and promotion plan, dealing with malls and distribution stores)
Skills required :
- Must be a team player but have a pro active approach,
- Willing to learn and have flexibility in handling a wide range of
responsibilities.
- Speak and write English well.
