Web Product & Project Manager

 Skills / Profile

 The Product Manager will be responsible for the product strategy, definition and implementation of site initiatives and small swat team projects. The role seeks a high performer, with an analytic mindset; A good understanding of web users and conscious about usability, an ability to work collaboratively, and a skill for getting things done. This position will interact closely with a variety of functional areas within the company, including technology, creative services, marketing and business owners. 

           

The right candidate will exhibit strength in project management functions (planning, allocation, and scheduling; directing activities; balancing time, cost, and scope; tracking progress; controlling risk; change management) and a successful track record of delivering multiple mission- and time-critical software projects. The employee must also have sufficient technical background to validate integrity of development project plans and deliverables. The employee must complement his or her functional expertise with a sense of urgency and accountability and a desire to get things done.

 

  • Partner with cross functional and cross organizational leaders to create and execute product plans.
  • Own key business and product metrics and drive major improvement through product development.
  • Work closely with a team of designers, developers, and analysts to document product requirements
  • Write and consult on complex product requirements definition and product design
  • Create thorough and clear User Acceptance Criteria
  • Successfully implement initiatives according to the Product Roadmap

Web creative/UI designer

 Skills / Profile

 We are looking for an experienced Creative designer with a strong sense for web user interfaces, driven by a passion for web design, usability and engaging creative.

·         Minimum 5 years related experience

·         Have a stylish portfolio that demonstrates strong creative and design skills

·         Master at Adobe CS3 or CS4 Web Edition, Photoshop, Illustrator

·         Excel at Flash including Action script

·         Working knowledge of HTML, XML and CSS.

·         Good understanding of user interface design and usability

·         Multi browser experience

·         Familiar with mobile as well as web UI design

·         Able to meet tight deadlines

·         Independent with good working attitude

·         Resourceful, creative & energetic team player preferred

 Responsibility

 The web creative designer will mainly be in charge of creating the UI for new web platforms and supporting the ad-sales team with advertising creative and rich-media widgets.

 

 

 

Developer

 Skills / Profile

  • 3+ years of professional related experience
  • Excellent software developer, especially PHP and Codeigniter, JAVA
  • Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and popular frameworks, CSS, X(HTML) and W3C standards
  • Experience in  AJAX  interface design
  • Confident with hardcore backend algorism as well as front end development
  • Good knowledge of UNIX environment
  • Good database design knowledge, especially MySQL
  • Strong knowledge of internet technologies and related protocols
  • Good background interfacing with web services, API and various other conduits
  • Excellent software testing and debugging skills
  • Strong math background, especially in statistics, is a plus
  • Motivated by challenges
  • Experience in high volume, high transaction, highly scalable, reliable, and available environment
  • Strong problem solving skills is a must!
  • Ability to resolve design challenges
  • Fluent in English
  • "Geek"

Developer Java – Back-end

 Skills / Profile

  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • 3+ years of professional related experience
  • Excellent JAVA software developer, especially in J2EE.  Having experiences in Spring MVC and Hibernate is a plus.
  • Excellent in C++, Perl and Unix scripting would be a plus
  • Confident with hardcore backend algorism as well as front end development
  • Good knowledge of UNIX environment
  • Good database design knowledge, especially MySQL
  • Strong knowledge of internet technologies and related protocols
  • Good background interfacing with web services, API and various other conduits
  • Excellent software testing and debugging skills
