FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Develop, implement and manage the organization structure within the Division
* Coordinate development of Division annual and long range business plans and monthly forecasts
* Manage negotiations and strategic issues relative to long-term customer contracts and pricing justification
* Responsible with operations and sales activity
GENERAL REQUIREMENT
* S1 Degree
* 10-15 years of experience
* Having experience in retail industry at least 5 years
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong in Sales and Operation strategic thinking and knowledge
* Fluent in English Language (both written and spoken) is a must
* Good Communication Skill
