3D MODELLER
Requirements & Qualifications :
· Minimum D3/ S1 Degree in Architecture,
· Maximum age 30 years old,
· Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same field & positions,
· Computer literate, able to operate 3D MAX, Render Vray, Auto Cad, Photoshop
· Good proficiency of English : Both speaking & writing, min. passive,
· To be able to finish the jobs with minimum supervision in timely manner, familiar with working under pressure,
· Good team player, hard worker, independent and discipline oriented spirit.
ESTIMATOR/QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Requirements & Qualifications :
· Minimum D3/ S1 Degree in Civil/Architecture,
· Maximum age 35 years old,
· Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same field & positions,
· Computer literate, able to operate MS Excel, Word, Auto Cad and others,
· To be able to make RAB & RAP for Architectural & Interior Works,
· To be able to make Analisa Harga Satuan (Unit Price Analysis),
· Good proficiency of English : Both speaking & writing, min. passive,
· To be able to finish the jobs with minimum supervision in timely manner, familiar with working under pressure,
· Good team player, hard worker, independent and discipline oriented spirit.
PROJECT COORDINATOR
Requirements & Qualifications :
· Male S1 Degree in Interior / Architectur/ Civil Engineering,
· Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same field & positions,
· To be able to execute, control, monitor and supervise progress of Project at jobsite,
· To be able to develop & improve the execution team / work forces,
· Computer literate (MS Project, Excel, Word, Autocad and Others,
· Good proficiency of English : Both speaking & writing,
· To be able to finish the targeted jobs with minimum supervision in timely manner, familiar with working under pressure,
· To be able to manage & handle several projects at the same time,
· To be able to deliver excellent project report,
