Social Media Manager

OVERVIEW

Social Media Manager is a person who can tap into the center of conversations and harness that energy on behalf of the brand in a daily online engagement.

PRIMARY FUNCTION
Responsible for day-to-day monitoring social media accounts and handling every content provided in the assigned accounts. Social Media Manager must be able to create, engage, and responds members though conversations. Capability in optimizing features in social media services is required. Activities and interactions in the assigned social media account must be reported weekly.

Able to capture and learn the consumer habit, take it as a new insight and implemented it for the next social media campaign.

Able to observe some new trends, raise the level of engagement, defining what’s (going to be) hype and the ‘booming’ indicator of the social media campaign based on the analytical data and consumer behavior.


SECONDARY FUNCTION
Keep the team updated with the fast-growing trends of social media and enrich the team with the analytical data based on online-consumer-behavior.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
  • Know how to tap into the centers of conversations and harness that energy on behalf of the brand.
  • Managing, monitoring, and updating activities inside approved social media accounts
  • Maintain all the activity inside the social media accounts to stay on track and reach the aimed goals
  • Benchmarking most of social media services in the web to determine the best approach
  • Responding all responable activities on social media accounts and maintain user interactions inside
  • Implementing a collaboration between each social media accounts and web to get the maximum user engagement level
  • Tapping into consumer chatter, embrace their insight and clarify the new trends
  • Deliver and develop some good ideas related to the recent issues of social media
  • Involve and guide all phases of social media campaign from brainstorming to execution to maintenance and finally creating weekly report about each campaign

·        Ability to engage a conversation with various demographic group
·        Native in social media world and willing to try new things/features inside them
·        Ability to put perspective both as a brand and a user to get a balanced social media activity
·        Awareness about current trends in social media activities
·        Full of ideas and develop curiosity
·        Proactive, motivational, mentoring and encouraging approach
·        Obsessed with the idea of figuring out what’s next in the social media world
·        Have a sharp instinct and fierce analytic to unravel consumer insight and online behavior
·        Blogging or tweeting about your thoughts, yet open for any critics
·        Excellent ability to estimates the death of the old trick, and the rise of social media mega-trends
