- 2 yrs exp in recruitment, training, personnel matters, expatriate document formalities, support GA matters.
- Good knowledge :
o UU Ketenagakerjaan
o Recruitment flow, method & tools
o Training : TNA, implement, evaluation
o Exp. in using HR software
o Ms. Office – intermediate to advance level
- English communication skill
- Presentation skill
- Build and maintain relationship with internal (colleagues) & external (recruitment vendor, training vendor, document service agent & government)
- Adaptable, Discipline, Dynamic person
- Ready to join in March 2011 for the latest
