Mobile Switching Center (MSC) Engineer
General Requirement
* Bachelor Degree from Telecommunication
* Having minimum 2 years experience and maximum 7 years
* Functional Area in IT / Telecom - Software
* Work location for Surabaya based, but willing to travel and relocate across Indonesia on company assignment
* Proficiency in English (written/spoken)
* Good Interpersonal and communication skills, smart and hard working, able to work under pressure, proactive and having good initiative (understanding for cross cultural circumstance)
Required skills:
* Functional domain knowledge along with Unix/Linux environment, C/C++, UML, TAU
* IP Knowledge and Experience with Analysis of IP Planning for CISCO technology;
* Experience with planning for Expansion, Swap and Rehomings for network elements;
* Perform network design of the speech and signaling Core CS Networks;
* Experience in optimization of voice, signaling and routing plans to improve performance
* of network elements
* SMT & MTS for Call Control (wireless and Mobile Networks),
* Mobility Management, Real time embedded databases, OAM & Intelligent Networks (CAMEL-SSF).
* Support feature implementation: analysis, data/parameters definition and network test supervision
