PT. EP OILFIELD SERVICES is a consulting company for Oil and Gas sector is seeking for
candidate to fill the vacancy to our client (Oil Company) for the following position:
Materials Management Assurance Specialist
Duties:
1. Supervise the development and implementation of the Material Management Assurance
requirement in order to ensure Health, Safety, Environmental, technical Integrity, quality
and vale engineering are fully addressed
2. With assistance from the Technical authority and QA/QC Specialist, leads the
development of the Critically Assessment Exercise and Quality Assurance/Quality Control
Programs for Purchased Materials
3. Supervise the development and update PML (preferred Manufacturer List) document and
ensure that technical authorities are identified and the required technical approvals are
obtained for key technical and revision document.
4. Ensure that the Quality Assurance, Health, Safety and Environment Audit Programs are
being effectively implemented in Vendor/Suppliers. All vendor audit assurance
requirements shall be continually evaluated to maintain technical integrity and overall
value.
5. Acts as the focal point for all Statutory, Legislative and Quality certification
requirements
6. Monitor the local content realization and compare it with contractual local content as
included in PO and prepare a periodic report
7. Participates in company network, sharing information, best practices and lessons
learned.
Qualification Required:
1. Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering related field plus ten (10) years
experience in Material Management
2. Quality as ISO 9000:2000 Lead Auditor
3. Quality as ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skill
5. Excellent written skills
6. Able to work with minimum supervision and team work skills
