1. Male/ female, with maximum age of 26 years old.
2. Possess a bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university
majoring Psychology.
3. Minimum 1 year experience in the same position, from
Psychological/ Management Consultant would be most prefers.
4. Able to administer a psychological test and building
psychological report.
5. Having Behavior Event Interview (BEI) skill and experience.
6. Possessing high skill in communication and negotiation skill.
7. Honest, have a pleasant personality and well-groomed.
