HR SYSTEM & COORDINATOR
Job Descriptions:
1. Responsible for analyzing and suggesting processes, procedures and methods to improve HR operations and efficiency through the SOP System
2. Assist manager with daily operation of HR System & Coordinator to include the development, analysis and implementation of HR System & Coordinator, staffing, training and scheduling. Work as a member/leader of special or on-going projects in HR System & Coordinator.
3. Establish work procedures and processes that support company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives through management information systems.
4. Providing management with data, inputs and reports in a fast/timely manner for management decision making.
Qualifications:
1. Age: Less than 50 Years
2. Female/Male
3. Writing skill, presentation skill, negotiation skill is good
4. GPA: Min 3.00
5. Must have experience with SOP Software
6. Excellent English both written and verbal
