VACANT POSITION
Job Title : Client Service (Executive/Senior Executive)
Department : Marketing and CS Department
Job Summary:
Maintain clients related to TAM Business i.e. TV Stations, Ad Agencies,
Program Producers/Content Providers; by managing the Daily
Administration of the clients needs in a timely manner for clients to
received, use & analyzed the TAM Data, Software and Services subscribed.
Coordinating data checking and analysis for the data prior to its
release; provide training needed, provide support in delivering reports
and presentation on analysis findings and provide insights for the needs
of clients business within a sound and aligned communications and
building professional relationship with the users at clients as their
trusted partner.
Client Servicing
* Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful
client business profiles to be shared with management through Account
Plan system.
* Serve as primary contact to client contacts on ad-hoc analyses
and understand and respond to questions on content, basic data
issues/questions, report generation, etc.
* Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients
and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise
according to client business needs and specifications and at the same
time meeting the company's quality standards
* Unsupervised on-site presence which includes responsibilities
on data requests, technical basic support and analysis
* Communicate client needs to appropriate team members and
maintain a sound records
* Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational
support to senior staff
* Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated
clients in terms of analyses, reporting including charting, etc
* Ensure client service deliverables are aligned with the client
service standards, standard operating procedure for client service and
business objectives.
Functional / Technical
* Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research
methodology, applications software, products and services subscribed by
the clients.
* Provide value-added analyses & insight proactively to the
clients and respond to special requests
* Integrate multiple data sources to answer issues faced by the
clients
* Perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to
request, accuracy and correctness
* Ensure standard operating procedures within area of
responsibility are observed
* Recommend improvements in work processes within area of
responsibility
Typical Position Pre-requisites:
* S-1 from reputable university
* Minimum 2 years experience in multinational company
environment
* Familiar with Media Industry especially Television Industry
will be an advantage
* Basic knowledge of statistics
* Entry level knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
* Have a sound knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
and fast learner for software applications.
