Position Type: Fulltime with WeBecome
Project Profile: The selected individual will be a part of the
Clients Regional implementation team for Peoplesoft HRMS
implementation in versions 8.x and 9.x. The total user base runs into
few thousands for this project and hence it is going to be a very
critical and massive project assignment.
Pre-requisite:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience level indicated below is mandatory
Experience:
• Overall working experience in IT should be at least 6-8 years
• At least 4-5 years of functional experience in Peoplesoft
HRMS modules
• At least 2-3 full cycle end-to-end implementations in
Peoplesoft HRMS is mandatory
• Must have super experience in the following modules –
Payroll, Leaves, Claims etc.
• Excellent Customer interaction skills are mandatory
• Experience in a multinational environment and dealing with
multi-countries' users
• Able to travel to Europe for 2 weeks every 2 months for
client interactions.
