Our client is urgently looking for: LEAD DESIGNER – Instrument
Location : Balikpapan based
Key Duty:
To provide leadership and training
to Local Design/Drafting Personnel.
General Requirements:
1. At least 15 years of experience in oil and gas industry
2. Lead a team of minimum 6 local design/drafting personnel.
3.
Industrial experience must includeA majority of time in a major
engineering design consultancy,
retrofit/revamp projects with multiple projects in progress
concurrently,
4. Must be very familiar with the correct sequence for the development of design drawings.
5. Must be familiar with Interdisciplinary Coordination, Design Control Procedures and drawing checking procedures.
6. Must be very familiar with the content and technical requirements of the following engineering documents:
Instrument Index I/O List Data Sheet Block Diagrams
Control Panel Schematic Drawings
Control Panel Layout Drawings
Loop diagrams
Cable & Tube Routing Layout
Fusible Plug Loop Layout
Cable Schedule
Tube Schedule
Cause & Effects Matrix
Instrument Support Details Drawings
Hook-Up Detail Drawings
Junction Box Wiring Diagrams
Instrument Location Drawings
MCT Layout Drawings
Level Sketches
Demolition Drawings
Bulk Material Take-Off
