[Vacancy] Head of Compliance @ Bhakti Investama

PT Bhakti Investama Tbk, one of the largest investment companies throughout Indonesia, owning business activities which cover a wide array and various business sectors, among others the sectors of Financial Services, Multimedia and Broadcasting and Information Technology and Investment Portfolios is currently seeking for visionary, high integrity, and persistent people to fill the following positions as :

Head of Compliance
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will be responsible in various organization function such as Human Resources, Internal Audit, Legal and implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years experience in Financial Industries and preferably 5 years served as Compliance Head in Small Medium Enterprise (SME).

Holds minimum Bachelor/Master degree in any major, preferably majoring in Law, Management or Business Administration.

Has excellent knowledge in local, regional, and international investment market.

Fluent in English, both oral and written, especially in presentation situation

Computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) and Internet

Strong analytical and strategic thinking

Have good leadership, team building, customer orientation, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

High integrity and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Hold CFA/CRM/ ChFC certification will be strongly advantages.
