Human Resource Manager
Bali
Based in Bali, you will work as a member of the team of Department Heads and provide the full spectrum of HR services aimed at achieving strategic goals for both Karma Resort Jimbaran and Karma Resort Kandara.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement appropriate HR strategies, policies, systems and practices which support high standards and professionalism, and which are aligned with local employment legislation and with the values of the resort.
Manage work-force planning and optimisation
Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process
Implement compensation/
Deploy effective processes for succession planning, performance management and career development which ensures that talent within the organisation is fully developed.
Co-ordinate and conduct training and career development programmes.
Manage employee relations and staff welfare issues
Manage dealings with government, labour relations and other agencies.
Provide guidance to management on misconduct, poor performance and other human relations matters.
Maintain quality relationships and communications with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
Monthly HR reporting
Support management audits and global, regional or local HR projects.
Essential Requirements
Degree with Post-graduate qualifications in HR/ Psychology/ Law OR 10 years relevant experience in a multi-national organisation
Thorough knowledge of Indonesian Employment & Industrial law and tax practices
Excellent track record as a people developer and in formulating and implementing HR policies and systems
Managerial and negotiation skills, particularly in employee and industrial relations
Hands-on with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Sensitivity to the handling of confidential information
Fully competent in using MS Office suite of applications
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
