Job Responsibilities:
To support the Sales and Customer Service to achieve each functions' target
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Any discipline
- Preferably 3 years experiences as Customer Services (in Walk In Center)
- Service & Sales Orientation, pleasant manner and have a soul of team work
- Sound knowledge of Walk In Center Operational and Training Development
- Proficient in both verbal and written English
- Good presentation and Facilitation skills
- Has a conceptual and analytical thinking
- Understanding and able to develop people / SME for Training Development time to time to support
- Good in report management
