We have an immediate opening for the position as an SECRETARY (based in Head Office-Jakarta) Job Summary The incumbent will be responsible for assisting Directors organize daily activities and paperwork efficiently. She will also responsible for all administrative & secretarial duties Requirements: - Min. Diploma degree in secretarial or administration.
- 2 years related experiences in senior/executive secretarial position
- Female, maximum 30 years old
- Ability to produce business correspondence, reports, action logs and minutes.
- Good analytical thinking, self confidence and interpersonal skills.
- English literate (Both of oral & written) and familiar with computer (MS office)
