1. Project Management (1 Position)
Scope of Work:
• Manage 100% project scope completion, on time, on budget (or less) with high stakeholders satisfaction
• Manage tools & environment to plan, monitor, track, and manage schedules, resources, costs and quality
• Manage history & metric based for ongoing project and future planning
• Manage good project documentation.
Requirement:
• Experience min. 3 years as a Project Manager in Application Development
• Have knowledge in Telco Industry is an added value
• Ability to generate, propose and present technical solutions.

2. Middleware Pre-sales (1 Position)
Scope of Work:
• Pre-Sales technical support to account manager throughout the sales cycle to achieve business objectives
• Generate detailed technical network/system proposals base on technology and our product offerings.
• Solution presentation, Proof of Concept (POC) and solution evaluation.
• Work with the Post-Sales team to ensure solution is delivered as proposed.
• Offer technical advice to customers and follow up with vendors/suppliers on unresolved problems till a satisfactory solution is concluded.
Pre-requisite
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience is required for the Pre-Sales position.
• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and commitment
• Ability to generate, propose and present technical solutions.
• Good knowledge and hands on experience in Oracle Product ( Core, OFM, Application )
• Resourceful, strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and cope with pressure.
• A team player with excellent people management skills.

• Maintain existing client's application on running 24x7x52
Pre-requisite
• Experience min. 2 years as a Application Developer in Application Development
• Analyze and design application'
• Develop, test and evaluate new/existing system to deliver customer's requirement

• Have skill on two or more in programming language & database: Java, Oracle, PL/SQL, RDBMS Concept, Borland
• Have knowledge in Java development tool is an added value.

Scope of Work
• Develop and maintain application (perform coding, debugging, troubleshooting) based on application'
• Maintain existing client's application on running 24x7x365
• Troubleshoot problem on client's existing system within specified time
• Perform maintaining log & monitoring on client's existing system everyday
Pre-requisite
• Experience min. 1 year as a Application Developer in Application Development
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Develop and maintain application (perform coding, debugging, troubleshooting) based on application'
• Have skill on one or more in programming language & database: Java, Oracle, Transact SQL Programming, Borland
• Have knowledge in unix system is an added value

Scope of Work
• Collect every existing client's system log (data provided by application developer) to be bundled and submitted to client for routine report

• Tidy in documentation is an added value
• Fond of in IT & programming language
