CBFA _ Health Project

Purpose
The Programme Manager’s Assistant will work with Federation Health Team, PMI NHQ, Chapter (SUMUT), PMI Nias branch in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation CBFA Programme to improve the health situation of the vulnerable people in Nias island who are victims of Tsunami on 26th December 2004 and Earthquake on 28th March 2005.

Key tasks and responsibilities
· To Assist Health Program Manager in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of CBFA Program
· Conducting training courses for PMI volunteers and community volunteers on CBFA, also independently when necessary
· Liaise and keenly collaborate with PMI SUMUT Chapter and PMI Nias Branch (board members, staffs and volunteers) and contribute in capacity building by training and advising on technical issues.
· Developing education materials for CBFA and organize procurement and distribution procedures of health materials and other training aids.
· Establish and manage CBFA database for documents, guidelines and other materials as a ‘CBFA library’
· Conduct daily administrative task related to program implementation
· Conduct field trips for program implementation and accompany delegates to visit program areas.
· Provide timely and accurate narrative report and financial reports

Have training and experience for community development program especially Community Based First Aid Program

Have working experience within Indonesian Red Cross (PMI)

He/She can Speak and understand English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Nias language (optional)

Experience writing reports, representing a organization and give presentations in meetings
