DH POWER
PT DH Power, a group company of PT Darma Henwa Tbk, in collaboration
with the international partners, produces and supplies electricity and
alternative energy, such as coal-to-liquid/ coal-to-gas/ upgraded
brown coal to power utilities and industries.
DH Power is currently seeking Indonesian professionals to fill
following positions at Headquarter in Jakarta and special for Human
Resources, Shift Leaders and Operators will be based in Satui, South
Kalimantan.
1. COMMERCIAL MANAGERS (C)
(Implement business plant/strategy in order to develop business with
partners and clients).
2. LEGAL MANAGER (L)
(Responsible for supporting and advising legal matters).
3. OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER (OHS)
(Plan and coordinate programs for occupational health and safety).
4. FUEL & LOGISTIC MANAGER (FL)
(Responsible for availability of fuel and logistics to support plant
and business operation).
5. QUALITYASSURANCE MANAGER AND OFFICER (QA)
(Make sure production processes meet standard of quality and
specifications)
6. COMMUNITY & EXTERNAL AFFAIRS MANAGER (CEA)
(Responsible for acquiring permits/ license, maintaining community and
government relationship)
7. OPERATION & MAINTENANCE MANAGER (OM)
(Responsible for uninterrupted plant operation by managing groups of
operation, maintenance and other relating functions).
8. PROCUREMENT & OUTSOURCING MANAGER (PO)
(Administers procurement, outsourcing and bidding process).
9. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (HR)
(Coordinate recruitment, compensation/ benefits, manpower plan,
training & development and industrial relations) based in Satui, South
Kalimantan.
10. SHIFT LEADERS
(D2/ D3/ SMTA, 5 to 10 years experiences including 3 years in same
position in industrial factory, such as Chemical, Oil Refinery,
Cement, Fertilizer, etc) based in Satui, South Kalimantan.
11. OPERATORS
(SMTA, over 5 years experiences in industrial factory, such as
Chemical, Oil Refinery, Fertilizer, etc) based in Satui, South Kalimantan.
