The Client:
Our client is a well-known public listed company dealing in integrated poultry industry, starting from breeding, hatchery, slaughterhouse, feed mill and poultry equipment. Serving customers throughout the Indonesia market and its surrounding countries.
The Job:
The incumbent will have reporting line to The Managing Director and be responsible for the overall aspects of Human Resources management, work closely with the head of business units to fulfill its human capital management as well as managing a human resources for all business units in the country.
The Requirements;
- the ideal candidate must hold min Master degree in any discipline preferable from overseas university
- at least 5 yr experiences from similar function from a multinational company and industrial relations
- familiar with all related labor laws and regulations
- excellent in English both spoken and written
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- excellent leadership, organizational and team building skills
