Our client, a national-wide IT software house known with (mainly) distribution and insurance business solutions, based in Jakarta, is now seeking suitable candidates for the following positions:
1. Architect Developer ( 1 person) and Pre Sales ( 1 person) respectively
• Responsible for resolving solution architecture issues to the satisfaction of all stakeholders and help resolving complex cross domain solution issues.
• Identify solution options and assess them from both technical and business suitability.
• Work collaboratively with solution developers and end users to ensure technical solution meeting customer requirements and leads to user satisfaction.
• Lead a sub-team of designers in support of implementation.
• Set technical standards for development of the applications solution.
• Present architectural overview and in-depth presentations to clients as part of gaining their acceptance.
• Identify and escalate solution risks and issues in timely manner.
Selected candidates should meet the following requirements:
• Must poss 3 or more years of experience in application architecture and integration design.
• Knowledge of best practices of quality management and project management concepts.
• Leadership skills.
• Candidates need to be flexible enough to perform low-level development, troubleshooting responsibilities, as well as perform high-level architectural review, design and producing development framework.
• Ability to prepare specifications and reports and explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Ability to perform complex analysis, consultancy, provide recommendations to internal clients and make sound decisions.
2. Lead Developer ( 2 persons )
• Lead software development project team to produce application on schedule with qualified performance.
• Provide technical advice to developer team.
• Working with QA team to produce qualified application.
• Design and prototype application when providing solution to clients.
• Keep update on new technology and give new idea to do better coding.
General requirements :
• C# & .Net , SQL and IIS is a must.
• Just love the code.
• S1 degree from related background and reputable university.
• Experience in using C# programming language
• Experience in Microsoft .NET and Visual Studio
• Understand GOF Design Patterns
• Understand Model-View-Controll
• Understand Refactoring.
• Good attitude, commitment to work and good team player.
• Highly motivated with spirit to learn new things.
• Adaptive to new environment.
• At least 7 years of working experience in software development.
• Good problem solving, analytical, and leadership skill.
• Deep understanding on database design, application design and architecture.
3. Project Manager
• Lead project team and responsible and accountable for overall success of project.
• Build a strong project team and organization.
• Controlling the scope of project.
• Ensure the project cycle conforms to software development project standard.
• Provide client presentations regarding strategy, methodologies, and project management processes.
• Gathering information, analyzing business process, and design specification.
• Working with client's Project Manager to align our team with client's team.
• Update management on the progress of the implementation project on periodical basis.
• Ensure ALL project documentations conform to standard.
• Sensing the client needs as the opportunity for the next project.
General requirements
• 6 years working experience.
• At least 4 years exeperience as Project Manager, in minimum 6 projects.
• Experience in SAP or ORACLE.
• Minimum size of projects: Rp 500 million and 4 people.
• At least 2 projects with minimum size of 8 people.
• S1 degree from related background and reputable university.
• Good attitude, commit to work and team player.
• High motivation and spirit to learn new things.
• Adaptive to new environment.
